We had a phenomenal meal at Primi Italian. The wait staff were attentive, efficient and welcoming, and the food was delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant was vibrant, comfortable and warm. The food came shortly after ordering and had such wonderful seafood flavour - we ordered the Linguini Gamberi, Risotto Marinara, and for dessert the Nutella Mousse and Tiramisu. A big thank you to Muku and Boo who served us throughout the evening - fantastic service!

5/5 stars! I recently had lunch at Primi Italian and it was truly an exceptional experience! The value for money was outstanding, with high-quality dishes like the Blue Swimmer Crab Ravioli, which was absolutely delicious! And the lamb was truly exceptional - it literally melted in my mouth! The desserts were also a highlight - delicious, beautifully presented, and surprisingly light, not too rich or heavy, so I could indulge without worrying about the calories! The service was top-notch, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who offered fantastic food recommendations and wine pairings. Although I didn't order pizza, I couldn't help but notice how delicious it looked - we'll definitely be back for a pizza lunch or dinner soon! The atmosphere was great, with plenty of spots for photos. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal with excellent service!

Tucked away in a lovely and vibrant neighborhood, PRIMI Italian is more than just a restaurant — it’s an experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. A friendly host greeted us at the door and guided us to our table with ease, setting the tone for what would be an exceptional evening. The interior is stylish and atmospheric, with dim lighting, a cozy buzz of conversation, and a stunning bottle wall that immediately draws your eye. The chalkboard-style wine labels, along with framed black-and-white Italian imagery, add so much charm and character to the space — perfect for date nights, special occasions, or just treating yourself. We started with the Napoli Garlic Prawns — tender, juicy prawns served in a rich San Marzano Napoli sauce that was bursting with flavor. The balance of garlic and tomato was just right, and it set a high bar for what was to come. For mains, we ordered the Pizza al Pollo, the crust was perfectly charred while the toppings were generous and well-balanced — a true standout. We also had the Lamb Shank, served with creamy mash and chunky vegetables. It was melt-in-your-mouth tender, beautifully seasoned, and deeply comforting. Throughout the evening, service was top-notch — attentive without being intrusive, with staff checking in at just the right moments. If you’re after authentic Italian cuisine in a beautiful setting, with flavors that linger long after the meal — PRIMI Italian is an absolute must.

Pizza is good I love the tiramisu so much because it’s full of wine aroma. Waiter is passionate and professional. You can ask them if you don’t know how to order.

Hello Primi teams, this is my first time writing review about any places. The atmosphere was warm, and authentically Italian.Every dish was full of rich, traditional flavours — the steak and pasta were perfectly cooked, the sauces were divine, and the desserts were to die for. But what really made the night unforgettable was our waitress(Rosy/Rosie). She was amazing — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and service. She made us feel completely at home, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and kind. If you’re looking for the best Italian dining experience, this place is a must. We’ll definitely be coming back — and we hope we get the same incredible waitress again! Thank you Primi team for making our night memorable and special.

This restaurant is part of the York club. It requires is to enter as most clubs do. Thee is a bar and a gaming area. The service is fast friendly and focused . There are so many waiters! Great to see them buzzing around the place so efficiently. The atmosphere is convivial and family oriented. There is a mezzanine are and main floor. The food is Italian, expensive but servings are generous and tasty. A nice experience.

Absolutely incredible food and service. We visited on Saturday for lunch, to celebrate my partners birthday. The food was incredible and the service was amazing. We loved the pasta and dessert and really appreciated the tiramisu and candle. Thankyou so much for the effort you put in, and we will definitely be back, next time we are in Sydney.

The staff were very friendly and I received an amazing level of service. I ordered a large range of dishes such as the signature crab ravioli, seafood pizza, rocket salad and steak. The seafood pizza was the star of the night as it was packed with seafood and the dough was very fluffy and had an amazing woodfire taste. The ravioli was OK but definitely not of a 'signature' standard as it was a bit bland. The steak dish was quiet disappointing as the sides and sauces were quite nice but the steak was lacking flavour and was quite tough. I would definitely revisit this restaurant but I might just only order the pizza next time!
